We provide Fast shipping to more than 100 countries. Usually all orders are processed and shipped out within 2 working days.
When will my order ship?
After we receive your payment, we would ship the package out from warehouse within 24 hours and send the Tracking No into your E-mail.
How can I trace my order?
Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be the tracking information for your packages as well as the website where you could trace your order.
Where do we ship to?
We can ship our items worldwide. We can ship single item sample or large orders to more than 100 countries.
When will my order arrive?
For the Regular Shipping, delivery time is between 5- 7 days to all major destinations.
For the Expedited Shipping, the item will arrive within 3 or 5 business days after it leaves the warehouse.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 25% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.
To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.
